Those we regulate have a duty to comply with our Principles.

If someone we regulate is arrested, charged or convicted the situation may have an impact on clients. It may also affect the person's ability to practise. We may need to take action to protect clients.

If you discover that a person regulated by us has been arrested, charged or convicted of an offence, you should report them to us immediately:
