On 17 April 2023, Ms Thomson was convicted of the following offences at Margate Magistrates’ Court:-
- Driving a motor vehicle over the prescribed limit for alcohol;
- Driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention;
- Failing to stop at the scene of an accident on two occasions.
The SRA’s allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
