While in a position of seniority over Person B he engaged in conduct that was inappropriate in that he displayed controlling behaviour, sent persistent unsolicited personal, sexualised messages, made inappropriate comments and touched her. 

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
