Westminster Legal Policy Forum Keynote Seminar: The future of legal services regulation

This seminar will bring together key stakeholders with policymakers to discuss the future of legal services regulation. Paul Philip will be contributing to a panel session entitled 'Re-organising the regulatory landscape - competition, standards, accountability and consumer protection.'

Citizens Advice Service Annual Conference 2014

The over-arching theme of this year's Citizens Advice service annual conference is '75 years of advice'. The conference will bring together volunteers, trustees, staff and stakeholders to celebrate the service's 75th anniversary and look at working together, sharing ideas and knowledge. Members of the SRA's Inclusion, Supervision and Education and Training Teams will be exhibiting at stand number 25.

National Property Law Conference: New Beginnings

As technology advances and conveyancing evolves, many practitioners face the challenge of developing their practice in the property sector. This conference will explore ideas and solutions to help the profession prepare for the future. In a keynote speech, Paul Philip will discuss regulatory issues in the conveyancing sector.

Conference For Legal Finance Professionals

Sam Palmer, Manager of Regulatory Management, will explain the SRA's regulatory focus on firms experiencing severe financial difficulties, incorporating current themes, trends and emerging risks. Steve Wilmott, Director of Intelligence and Investigations, will focus on the latest drive against money laundering at an important time with the introduction of the 4th money laundering directive.

MBL Compliance and Regulatory Conference 2014
