Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal findings and orders

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) is independent, both judicially and administratively, of the Law Society and the SRA, although its running costs are funded by the Law Society.

The SRA is responsible for most prosecutions at the SDT. We are not responsible for the SDT's findings (written judgments) or its orders.

The findings of the tribunal are published on the SDT's website: www.solicitorstribunal.org.uk.
