The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that, while in practice as a Solicitor at City Law Solicitors Cardiff Ltd with the role of Director and Owner of the Firm:-
- On 16 May 2019, during a meeting with his client and two other parties, he made statements to those present about the ownership and or transfer of a property, which he knew or ought to have known were untrue at the time that he made them.
- On 16 May 2019, he suggested to those at the meeting that an adjournment could be obtained by lying to the Court.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
