This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. This is an independent Tribunal which will reach its own decision after considering all the evidence, including any evidence put forward by the Solicitor.  The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that, while in practice as a Solicitor at City Law Solicitors Cardiff Ltd with the role of Director and Owner of the Firm:- 

1. On 16 May 2019, during a meeting with his client and two other parties, he made statements to those present about the ownership and or transfer of a property, which he knew or ought to have known were untrue at the time that he made them. 
2. On 16 May 2019, he suggested to those at the meeting that an adjournment could be obtained by lying to the Court. 

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
