What is the scam?

The website 'www.olivierbzchambers.com' is operating claiming to be for a law firm called 'Oliver Bazan Chambers'/'Oliver Bazan Solicitors'.

The website falsely claims to provide an array of legal services.

The website provides two postal addresses, one is for a genuine company, not authorised and regulated by the SRA, and the other is 'Roxwell Rd, Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom, CM1 2NE'.

The telephone number provided is '+44 757 774 1860' and the email address is 'info@oliverbzchambers.com'.

The website falsely claims to employ two solicitors, Oliver Bazan and William Larney.

The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Oliver Bazan Chambers'/'Oliver Bazan Solicitors'. The SRA also does not authorise or regulate individuals called Oliver Bazan or William Larney.

Any business or transactions through 'Oliver Bazan Chambers'/'Oliver Bazan Solicitors', and 'Oliver Bazan and William Larney', and the above website, telephone numbers, email address and postal address are not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
