What is the scam?
A website at 'www.victorylaws.org' is operating and claiming to be for a law firm called 'Victory Law Solutions'.
The website misuses the registered address of a genuine firm of solicitors with a similar name (see below).
The website provides an email address of 'support@victorylaws.org' and a telephone number of '+441133308768'.
The SRA does not authorise and regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Victory Law Solutions'.
Any business or transaction through 'Victory Law Solutions', the website 'www.victorylaws.org' or any of the contact details above are not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Victory at Law Solicitors Ltd, whose address is 74a Woolwich Road, Greenwich, London, SE10 0JU. The genuine firm's email address is solicitor@victoryatlaw.com, its telephone number is 020 8853 8335 and its genuine website is www.victoryatlaw.com.
The genuine firm Victory at Law Solicitors Ltd has confirmed that they do not have any connection to the website referred to in the above alert.
What should I do?
