It was found that:
Between 18 November 2019 and 14 December 2019, Mr Henery made comments to a relative of Mr Henery’s client which were offensive and/or pejorative relating to another person’s religion. In doing so Mr Henery breached:
- Principle 2 of the SRA Principles 2011 (pre 25 November 2019) and Principle 5 (2019) (after 25 November 2019);
- Principle 6 of the SRA Principles 2011 (pre 25 November 2019) and Principle 2 (2019) (after 25 November 2019); and
- Failed to achieve Outcome 2.2 of the SRA Code of Conduct 2011.
