Trouble logging in?

Have you activated your mySRA account?

Forgotten your username?

1. Click Forgotten username.
2. Enter the email address you gave us for your account.
3. Click Submit.
4. Our system will email your username to you.

Forgotten your password?

1. Click on the Forgotten password link on our  login screen.
2. Enter your username and the email address you gave us for your account.
3. Our system will email you a verification code.
4. Enter the six-digit code and click Submit.
5. Type in your new password and confirm.
6. You can now sign in to access your account using your new password.

If you certain that you are entering the correct password but our system does not recognise it, please follow the steps above under Forgotten password? to reset it.
