Have your say on money-laundering matters

HM Treasury and the Home Office are consulting on views about money laundering to help shape the next National Risk Assessment. All practitioners that fall under the scope of the regulations are being asked for feedback.

The departments are looking to understand the sector’s views of vulnerabilities, likelihood and mitigations of the money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing risk. If you want to take part, access the online questionnaire before Thursday 30 May.

If you take part, HM Treasury and the Home Office have asked if you can be as clear as possible about what sort of firm they are and the services they offer so your answers can be sorted appropriately.
