Firms risk assessment exercise

Review: On 28 March 2019, we called in 400 firms' anti-money laundering firm risk assessments. All firms had declared to us that they were offering services within scope of the money laundering regulations.

Reasonable adjustments in the provision of legal services

We commissioned YouGov to explore what reasonable adjustments law firms could offer to make sure their services are more accessible for disabled people. As part of this they surveyed more than 3,500 disabled people through a combination of online surveys, one-to-one interviews and online forums. A workshop was also held with a number of local and national charities.

Advocacy in the solicitors' profession

This research was informed by an online survey taken by 2,830 individual solicitors and 851 firms. It looks specifically at advocacy in the profession within the context of the different areas of law of advocacy, and was designed to cover a wide range of topics.
